Tour to Tibet might get canceled from Travelers side or from Tibet Travelers side, below Tibet Travelers will share in detail information.

Tour Cancellation from Travelers side

1. Sometimes because of personal reasons, we have some Travelers who cancel the Private Tour.

If Travelers cancel the Private tour 2-months in advance before traveling to Tibet, 70% percent of the tour price amount will be refunded.

If Travelers cancel the Private tour 1-month in advance before traveling to Tibet, 50% percent of the tour price amount will be refunded.

If Travelers cancel the Private tour after getting to Tibet in Lhasa, even before starting tour outside of Lhasa, No refund will be made. 

Also if Travelers choose to not visit any sightseeing listed in the itinerary, no refund will be made. 

2. Some Travelers might postpone the tour by canceling the actual dates.

If Travelers postpone the tour in the similar tourist season from October mid to June mid, the price will remain similar and no extra charge will be made. If Travelers postpone to the high season from July, August to September, the extra price will be charged via discussing through Email.

3. Group Tour cancellation is one of the important cancellation situations since a group tour normally starts with a minimum of 2-3 people and if one of the Travelers cancels to join the group tour, it affects the tour of other fellows Travelers.

If Travelers cancel the Group tour 2-months in advance before traveling to Tibet, 50% percent of the group tour price amount will be refunded.

If Travelers cancel the Group tour 1-month in advance before traveling to Tibet, No refund will be made. 

Tour Cancellation from Tibet Travelers side & Deposit refund Policy 

1. As we explained above, Tibet is one of the regions where the Tibet Travel Permit situation might change anytime without any Prior Notice so even if the Tibet tour is booked from the Travelers side, it might get canceled if the Tibet Travel Permit or Tibet travel situation changes. If this happens, this is not going to happen only with Tibet Travelers, it will also happen with all the Travel agencies in Tibet.

If the Tibet Travel Permit situation changes or any other circumstances occur before the tour to Tibet, the deposit is not refunded. Travelers can use the deposit for a future tour or any friends or family can use the deposit for the tour to Tibet with Tibet Travelers.
