Tibet Travel Cancellation Policy!

A cancellation policy is crucial because sometimes the traveler or the Tibet Travelers travel agency might need to cancel a trip to Tibet. We want to ensure that everyone is aware of our policy and that we are here to help in any way we can.


Cancellation of the tour by the client.

We understand that plans can change, but if you cancel your tour, the deposit of $50 per person cannot be refunded.


We want to ask travelers to note that if they decide to skip any sightseeing listed in the itinerary or shorten their tour, we won't be able to provide a refund. I appreciate your understanding.


Tour Cancellation by the travel agency.

In the event of any variations in the Tibet Travel Permit status or any other unforeseen situations before the Tibet tour, the deposit amount will not be refunded.

However, the deposit can be utilized for a future Tibet tour with Tibet Travelers for friends or family.

At Tibet Travelers, we would like to let our travelers know that we cannot provide refunds for any personal prepaid expenses such as flight tickets, train tickets, or other costs related to their trip to Tibet.
