China Visa for the Year 2018

For travelers planning to Travel to Tibet in the Year 2018, one of the most important documents required to travel in Tibet is the China Visa. They are 2 ways to obtain a China Visa since they are 2 destinations from where Travelers can travel into Tibet.

Travel to Tibet from China

If Travelers plan to travel to Tibet from China, Travelers have to issue a China visa at the nearest bigger city from the Chinese Embassy.

Travel to Tibet from Nepal

One of the easiest ways to obtain a China visa is traveling from Nepal. If Travelers travel to Tibet from Nepal, Tibet Travelers will issue the China group visa with the help of our Nepal friend agency via sending an invitation letter to the China Embassy in Nepal. 

Tibet Travelers will request Travelers Passport Scans to issue the China group visa from Nepal. 

China visa fee cost 200 US Dollar for US and Canadian citizen, for other Nationals 110 US Dollar Per Person including the service fee of our Nepal friend agency.

Tibet Travel Permit for the Year 2018 

After explaining about the China visa, now Tibet Travelers would like to share information about the Tibet Travel Permit. 

Passport scans and China visas are the 2 main important documents required to issue the Tibet Travel Permit. 

One of the most important information is to issue the Tibet Travel Permit from Tibet Tourism Office, normally it will take around 10-15 days duration so Tibet Travelers highly recommend Travelers book the trip to Tibet at least around a month or 20 days in advance so Tibet Travelers have enough time to issue the Tibet Travel Permit.
